FlightPrime Terms of Use 1. Purpose FlightPrime is a companion app for personal flight tracking. It is not an official airline, airport, or authority service. 2. «As is» data Schedules, gates, delays, weather, and maps come from third parties and may be inaccurate or outdated. No warranty of completeness or timeliness. 3. Not for critical decisions Do not use FlightPrime for navigation, air traffic control, legal claims against carriers, or safety-critical decisions. Always rely on official airline and airport channels. 4. Account and subscription You are responsible for credential security. App Store subscription terms are governed by Apple. 5. Limitation of liability The developer is not liable for losses due to data errors, network failures, or third-party actions. 6.
